Jacqueline Guichelaar leads Customer Experience (CX) in Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC). She is responsible for support services, engineering services, customer success, and renewals – with a large focus on architecture and design for AI, Data Centers, Networking, Observability and Security. Working with customers, partners, and Cisco teams across one of the world's most diverse and dynamic regions, she helps organizations realize greater value from their technology investments and accelerate business outcomes through Cisco's broad portfolio of hardware, software, subscriptions, and services.

Guichelaar is leading the transformation of CX APJC for the AI era, bringing together human expertise, data, and AI to make customer experiences more proactive, predictive, and personalized. Her priorities include accelerating adoption and value realization, strengthening lifecycle engagement, and helping customers and partners navigate complex transformations in the AI-era with speed, resilience, and trust.

CISCO LEADERSHIP

Guichelaar was previously Cisco's Group Chief Information Officer, leading the multi-billion-dollar organization responsible for running and transforming technology infrastructure, digital platforms, enterprise security, and business applications that enable Cisco's global workforce to excel and be productive. She spearheaded the creation of a digital architecture to accelerate Cisco's transformation into the AI era, with a critical focus on talent and culture.

CAREER EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Cisco, Guichelaar was Group Chief Information Officer at Thomson Reuters, where she led a technology organization in support of the company's digital strategy. Throughout her career, including roles at Lloyds Bank, Deutsche Bank, and IBM, she has focused on simplifying technology organizations and building teams that move in tandem with business expectations and the pace of the industry.

During her 35-year career, Guichelaar has witnessed and shaped significant industry trends. She attributes her success to the talent she surrounds herself with and is passionate about developing individuals to reach their potential.

RECOGNITION

Guichelaar was named to the HITEC 100 in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026, recognizing the 100 most influential Hispanic technology leaders. She was also named to ALPFA's 2021 Most Powerful Women and Leaders magazine's 2021 Top 100 Most Influential Latinas. In 2021, she received a Woman of Influence Award from the Silicon Valley Business Journal and was honored with a YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley Tribute to Women Award.

She was named to Fast Company's Queer 50, recognizing LGBTQ+ women and innovators in business and technology, each year from 2020 to 2022. She also received a Gold Stevie Award for Woman of the Year - Technology in 2020 and was recognized on CRN Asia's Women of the Channel list in 2026.

Her commitment to fighting cancer was recognized in 2024 when she received the American Cancer Society’s prestigious St. George Award for her extraordinary and sustained volunteer contributions. She is serving as Chair of the San Francisco Discovery Gala for the third time.

From 2020 to 2022, she was Sponsor of the Cisco - Cristo Rey Work Study program, helping students from underserved San Jose communities gain exposure to IT best practices and career opportunities. She also served as chair of the 2012 Women on Wall Street conference.
