Elisabeth De Dobbeleer brings over two decades of diverse leadership experience to her role as leader of Cisco’s Global Partner Program GTM organization. Focused on redefining how Cisco engages, incentivizes, and delivers value through its ecosystem, Elisabeth led the transformation behind the Cisco 360 Partner Program and now drives the next phase of Cisco’s partner go-to-market evolution for the AI era.
Elisabeth and her team are focused on aligning partner economics, go-to-market strategy, and modern routes-to-market to accelerate durable growth and profitability for both Cisco and its partners. Her organization defines and drives Cisco’s value proposition to the partner ecosystem through a unified, programmatic approach that strengthens partner preference, builds strategic capabilities, and enables the most capable partners to deliver differentiated customer outcomes.
Under Elisabeth’s leadership, the team’s priorities span seller and partner alignment through co-sell and deal registration, partner capability and services development, unified Cisco and Splunk go-to-market execution, distributor value exchange, next-generation route-to-market incubation, and ecosystem innovation that expands how Cisco reaches customers.
Previously, Elisabeth was a key member of the Cisco Transformation Center, where she focused on advancing new routes-to-market and strategic transformation initiatives. In this role, she worked closely with Cisco’s partners, the Global Partner Organization, and cross-functional stakeholders to help shape and operationalize major business transformations, including the launch of the Cisco Partner Incentive.
Prior to that, Elisabeth led Cisco’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Partner Sales and Routes-to-Market organization, where she was responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and transformation programs that accelerated Cisco’s partner business across the region.
In addition to her partner leadership role, Elisabeth serves as an executive sponsor for several customers across Europe and Africa. Throughout her 20+ year Cisco career, she has held a variety of global and regional leadership roles, applying her legal background, strategic mindset, and passion for transformation to help Cisco evolve alongside its partners.
Originally from Belgium, where she currently resides, Elisabeth has also held international roles based in Cairo and Hong Kong.
Elisabeth holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and graduated from KU Leuven in Belgium. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two teenage boys, enjoys working with horses, and holds a black belt in judo.
