In his previous roles at Cisco, Bhaskar led development and delivery teams responsible for engineering a comprehensive portfolio of on-premises and cloud-based capabilities-as-a-service platforms, enhancing operational efficiency across multiple technology domains and software products. He was the driving force behind the development of Cisco Intersight, the SaaS-delivered hybrid cloud operations platform designed to manage infrastructure, workload, and application layers, significantly accelerating the expansion of Cisco’s software portfolio, now encompassing Server & Storage Systems (UCS, HX), Orchestration & Automation (Intersight Cloud Orchestrator, Intersight Infrastructure Service), Workload Optimization (Intersight Workload Optimizer), and more.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2009, Bhaskar gained extensive experience and spearheaded numerous initiatives in technical and engineering leadership roles of increasing responsibility at companies including Greenfield Networks (acquired by Cisco), Intel, and Hughes Software Systems.
